Event ticketing that knows your restaurant.

Sell tickets, hold the tables, collect meal choices and scan guests in at the door. It is all one system, so the kitchen and the floor are ready before the night.

£0.70 + VAT per paid ticketNo monthly feePaid straight to your Stripe

Ticketing platforms sell tickets. They do not run your event.

With generic ticketing you pay a percentage on every ticket, the tables are not held so a restaurant booking can take one, and the kitchen still gets a spreadsheet of dietary emails.

  • Fees that grow with your ticket price.
  • Tables double-booked because tickets and bookings live apart.
  • Meal choices and allergies chased by email and group chat.

Floor plan seating

Sell the night, keep the tables.

Choose seated and Taybl holds the tables you pick, plus set-up and clear-down time. Every order gets a table that fits its party, and you can move parties on a seating board.

  • Tables allocated to fit each party, using your own join rules.
  • Held against restaurant bookings, so nothing is double-booked.
  • A seating board to move or lock any party on the night.
  • No floor plan needed: sell simple tickets against a total number of places.

Meals chosen by guests, not chased by you.

Attach a menu and set a cutoff. Each guest chooses their own dishes from a private link and lists any allergens. Your kitchen gets one clear pack.

  • A private link for every ticket, so the buyer does not chase the table.
  • Allergens flagged against every dish a guest chooses.
  • Kitchen totals per dish, with a printable pack and a CSV.
  • Reminders go out to anyone who has not chosen.

Check in and live dashboard

Run the night from your phone.

Door staff scan tickets in the Taybl staff app and see at once if they are valid, used or refunded, with no extra hardware to buy. Meanwhile your live dashboard shows who has arrived.

  • Scanner staff never see finances or unrelated guest data.
  • Guest answers and allergies shown at the door.
  • A dashboard that refreshes every 15 seconds while you watch.
  • Arrivals, covers and meals as the night unfolds.

Fees are per paid ticket as published by each vendor in September 2026. Ticket Tailor is shown at its pay-as-you-go rate. Tonic integrates with Access Collins and Acteol, and other platforms can connect to restaurant tools by API; in Taybl these links are native.

Questions, answered.

Can I sell tickets on Taybl Discover?

Yes. Events you publish appear on your Taybl Discover page automatically, so locals can find your event and buy tickets there, as well as through your own website and hosted ticket page. It is a free feature.

Is there a monthly charge for ticketing?

No. Ticketing is included for every Taybl customer. You pay £0.70 + VAT for each paid ticket, and nothing for free or complimentary tickets.

Is Taybl an alternative to Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor or Tonic?

Yes. You can sell tickets through your own website or a hosted page, with no monthly subscription. The difference is that Taybl Tickets is built into your restaurant system, so your tables, meals, kitchen and rota work from the same place.

Can I sell tickets without using my floor plan?

Yes. Choose general admission and you sell tickets against a total number of places, with no tables involved.

Can guests choose their own meals?

Yes. Attach a menu to your event and set a cutoff, and each guest chooses their dishes and lists any allergens from their own private link. Reminders go out to anyone who has not chosen, and your kitchen gets totals and a printable pack. Meal pre-orders need Taybl Bookings to be active.

How do restaurant bookings and event tickets avoid clashing?

When you publish a seated event, the tables you chose, plus the set-up and clear-down time you set, are held for it, so restaurant bookings cannot take them. If a booking is already in the way, Taybl warns you before you publish.

Who pays the fee, and when do I get paid?

You choose: absorb the £0.70 + VAT fee, or add it to the buyer's total, set per venue or per event. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account as tickets sell. Payout timing is set by Stripe, and Stripe's card processing fee is charged separately.

What happens to the fee if I refund?

The Taybl fee is returned for each refunded ticket, including if you cancel the whole event. Stripe's card processing fee is not returned.
