Built by people who worked the pass, not the roadmap.

Taybl is independent software from Preston, Lancashire, made by operators who were tired of five subscriptions that do not talk to each other.

Made by operators, for operators.

Taybl started when two people who have spent their working lives around hospitality got fed up with software that was built for someone else's day. We make the tools we always wanted on shift.

A design and marketing background, and a knack for turning operational experience into software that staff will actually use mid-shift.

Together with a team of six full-time staff in Lancashire, they keep the roadmap close to what venues tell us they need.

The two problems that inspired us.

Food safety

Records that get missed in a busy service

Paper checks and spreadsheets slip when the pass is full. We wanted compliance to happen where the work happens, on a phone in the kitchen, with a record an inspector can trust.

Bookings and rotas

Two tools that never talk to each other

Tomorrow's covers sat in one system and tomorrow's shifts in another, so staffing was a guess. We built them as one platform so the book drives the rota.

Your venue runs under one roof. Your software should too.

How we got here.

2023

The idea took shape and we began researching every product on the market.

2024

After hundreds of free software trials, the first design was started.

2025

The first working build was up and running in real venues.

2026

We overhauled the system and added the booking, rota and marketing apps.

What we believe.

Operators first

Every feature starts with a problem someone has had on shift, and the roadmap is shaped by the venues that use Taybl.

Simple, honest pricing and product

One fixed price per venue. No commission, no per-user fees and no add-ons you have to buy to make it work.

Real people at every interaction

UK-based humans by phone, chat or email, seven days a week, 10am to 7pm.

One system done well

Food safety, rotas, bookings and the rest share one platform, so information is entered once and used everywhere.

Independence from big corporations

We build for hospitality, not for a boardroom. Nobody is making us bolt on features you did not ask for.

What you can expect from us.

No lock-in and no surprises. Just a team that picks up the phone and software that earns its place.
